6. Limitation of Liability
QRoad strives for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific results (such as exact sales figures or search engine rankings) as these depend on market variables beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRoad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the specific terms outlined in your project proposal. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
